“SHIBUYA ZETTON” opens on November 13 (Wed.) on Miyamasuzaka, Shibuya.

Shibuya Zetton will open on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, on a back street crowded with culture in Miyamasuzaka, Shibuya.

With the concept of “Taste with your tongue, drink and enjoy”, it is a great place to go for dinner, happy late lunch, happy hour, or as a second stop after a day of fun in Shibuya.

Shibuya Tongenton, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2025, is the culmination of zetton's past business and will be a new spot that blends in with the Shibuya culture. The restaurant is equipped with a standing area reminiscent of an overseas pub, live counter seating, a dining table area for any occasion, and private rooms.

The signature menu features “Shibuya's Parisian” and teppan Neapolitan, a classic snack of dote-ni (dote-ni stew) arranged by zetton, which popularized the term “Nagoya-meshi” (Nagoya rice). The “Katsushime Anago Sashimi” is made from freshly caught conger eel, which is purchased from Mizunaga, the oldest wholesaler in Toyosu. You can enjoy “Thai Curry Fried Spring Rolls,” a revival of a menu item from the time of the restaurant's founding, and hand-rolled sushi made from carefully selected meat, vegetables, and fresh fish by artisans in the open kitchen.

In addition to beer, shochu and other standard beverages, trendy natural wines and craft beers are also available.
